Econome à Légumes was born from the shared vision of two passionate entrepreneurs, Valentin Cantaux and Nicolas Mavet. Drawing on their respective experiences in the agricultural sector, they identified a crucial need: to offer market gardeners a reliable and comprehensive solution capable of meeting market challenges while placing the customer at the heart of the experience.
Together, they founded Econome à Légumes with a clear goal: to transform the market by providing unparalleled product expertise, competitive pricing, and seamless logistics. The idea was simple yet ambitious: to create a company capable of meeting all the needs of market gardeners, from plant selection to delivery, including exemplary customer service.

Our ambition is to help our customers succeed by providing them with the best products, at the best price, and with an optimal user experience.
A Commitment to Sustainability
Aware of environmental issues, we favor plants produced in France. Currently, 40% of our strawberry plants come from Tours, with additional production in Germany. Our commitment is to support sustainable and competitive agriculture.

Our Achievements
Since launching our sites in May, we have sold over 150,000 strawberry plants, 10,000 raspberry plants, several thousand blackcurrant, gooseberry, blueberry, and blackberry plants, over 300 tons of mushroom substrate, and over 5,000 citrus plants. We have successfully delivered our products throughout Europe using refrigerated trucks, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
